In this 4 day retreat for breakers, you’re going to develop a clear vision for your dance practice and a deep understanding of what you need to do to achieve that vision.
You’re going to experience first hand what it truly means to train at a high level.
Not like when you tell yourself “I’m gonna train hard today”, but when an experienced coach is right behind you, pushing you to “train hard”. This is the kind of training that moves you out of your own way, to help you fully see your potential. It helps you see your blindspots.
And unlike your average breaking class or workshop…
This weekend is not just about training your ass off and working harder than you’ve ever worked before to see what you’re truly capable of (like breaking your limiter)…
You’re going to experience the methods elite athletes use to recover FAST from intense training.
In every physical discipline, recovery is as important (or even more important) as the time spent in the gym or on the field. Except it seems for breaking. But how many breakers do you know who are constantly nursing an injury? That kind of passion is great, but in the long run, is not sustainable. That’s why in this retreat, you’ll get a taste of the same methods we used at Olympic training centres to boost physical recovery.
But that’s not the most special part about this retreat.
Unlike other breaking camps where you’re grouped with 20 or maybe even 100 other people just to do a pretty generic workshop…
This retreat only has 6 spots.
It’ll just be me, you, and a few other dedicated souls training, eating and sweating together for 72 hours straight. So even though I have a curriculum planned out… if you want to work on something specific, we’ll be able to work on it.

Already 3 nights accommodations and 3 home-cooked, organic/local meals a day would set you back at least $500…

So I’m doing an early bird offer of $550 until July 15th.
On Thursday, you’ll arrive at the Lahti train station where I’ll pick you up.
Then we chill together in the evening, getting to know the training philosophy of the weekend and each other.
Every morning will have a physical conditioning focus.
Afternoons will be geared towards breaking specific training and workshops
Evenings will be dedicated to sauna & jacuzzi recovery sessions, hanging out together and BBQ dinners.
I also just found out that there’s going to be a local breaking jam on the Friday, so you can get down if you want as well
On Sunday, there’ll be the morning training, ending with a closing circle after lunch, and then I drop you off at the train station.
